In multiple interviews The Brothers Chaps have expressed that they're not interested in putting Homestar Runner on TV, because of deadlines, lack of interactivity, and other creative restrictions. So it almost certainly won't happen. But what if you could change their minds and make a TV series happen, either on network TV or some streaming service? Would you be into that or not? And what do you think such a thing should look like?

Support? Yes. The Chaps know what they're doing, and if they made this decision, I'd trust them. But changing their minds? I dunno. Probably. More Homestar is always nice.
I'd think it would be a streaming-type deal of either short Two More Eggs-style snippets, or longer, ten-to-fifteen minute episodes. Somehow I don't know if the usual five-minute length would work for such a show. Shorter or longer would be the way to go. And to avoid making it redundant to website updates, it should have more of a consistent style. Maybe while the website could be updated with different categories of toons, the show could focus more on big toons/shorts-like episodes. It could be more plot-oriented, with conflicts and resolutions (like Where's The Cheat?) or character-oriented, with slice-of-life type dialogue and jokes (like 79 Seconds Left). Maybe even an episodic miniseries with some sort of mildly overarching plot. Or maybe each episode could contain a few different mini-episodes, like a short in the regular universe, a 20X6 short, etc. The plausibilities are endless! Whoa, that was long.
