This is a thread for sharing any manual Homestartwork not made using a computer (or similar). Earlier this month I decided to draw our favorite two guys, The Brothers Chaps, using their photos on the HRWiki as references. I'm considering sending this to Strong Bad. Also, for the heck of it, here's an earlier drawing of my other favorite two guys, They Might Be Giants (it turned out a lot more cartoony looking because I focused much more on contour than on values).

Those are awesome! (And so is your new signature-style signature!) You are a great artist in all types!

Thank you so much! Here's a more different thing. My dorm room conveniently has a whiteboard, so naturally I've been keeping it updated with weekly Homestar doodles, to the amusement of myself and the bafflement of my roommates (I would try introducing them to Homestar Runner but I don't think they'd get it). Here's all my weekly doodles so far. Generally updated Saturdays. These are great as well! I like all the little details and nice shading. Whiteboard drawing is hard. (Also, I love that your dorm doodles have a consistent release schedule.)

My style got a lot cleaner in the space of four months. Thanks for your comments, Gfd! Yeah, my self-imposed doodle schedule was arguably the one thing I was able to stay on top of this semester (though I admit to doing a couple of them on Sundays).

Weekly Whiteboard Season 2 has commenced. Witness what I've probably been spending more effort on than most of my classwork! I'm not sure what's most great; the amazing drawing and shading (on a whiteboard too!!), the scene choices, the regular updates, or the fact that you added alt-text to the images (complete with distorted text for Homestar — I was going to do that in my reply!). The second-to-last one is probably my favorite. The proportions and hatching are near flawless. Keep up the grood woik!

Yeah, it's pretty silly that I bother adding alt text—you never know when someone might be reading on mobile Chrome and decide to tap and hold one of the images for some reason. Sometimes I have a line stuck in my head that I need to draw, but it usually takes me some time to come up with an idea every week. You're welcome to suggest scenes if you want!

Weekly Whiteboard Season 2 comes to a screeching halt as my university closes its campus for the rest of the semester.
