This is the official topic for random art and images, similar to the HomestART topic on the old forum. Freel fee to post things here!

A while ago, I realized that my Homestar Runner persona-type-thing, Gfd, was almost nothing like me. So, I considered creating a second persona, Geoffdy A. Garbles, Gfd's brother or cousin or something. I promptly abandoned that idea, but not before making this cool design. Attachments:

He looks great! You really have that Homestar Runner style down. I've thought about trying to make a second persona myself—one that's a little less make-slight-edits-to-a-Homestar-model-and-try-to-pass-it-off-as-a-new-character-y—but I have no idea what they would look like.

Not really art, I suppose, but here's another abandoned idea. Sometime in late 2017, I wanted to make a Thy Dungeonman-style type-'em-up wiki textventure based on Stinkoman 20X6 level 10. But then level 10 was announced, and I figured there wasn't much time to actually finish this fake game before the real game happened. So this logo and text document have just been sitting around on my 'puter ever since. =Level 10= You wake up one morning and you start getting for the day ahead. Your day starts like any other— get up, brush your teeth, and start the most important part of your morning routine: checking for Homestar Runner updates. You go to the Homestar Runner Wiki... and before you know it, your eyes are locked on a bit of text. In shock, you don't even move. After twelve years of waiting, level 10 is here. Stinkoman 20X6 is complete. Without hesitation, you click the link and start playing.
<big>'''STINKOMAN 20X6: LEVEL 10'''</big>
==Instructions== In this Dungeonman-esque, command-based video-style-game, ''you'' can play the mystical tenth level of Stinkoman 20X6! You can control Stinkoman by typing what you want him to do; for example, "move forward", "jump onto platform", "shoot 3 times", "turn around and run", etc. After you type it, save the page, and I will tell you what happens next as a result of your command; then, the cycle repeats. This game can be played by as many people as possible. The more the merrier! (Anyone can type commands, but only I can come up with the command responses.) If you make a mistake, you will lose some health or a life. Your goal is to complete 10.1, 10.2, and the end boss without getting your stummy hurt!

So it would've been kind of like Thy Forumman, Stinkoman 20X6-style? Interesting. I'm retroactively intrigued. And curious what the level and boss would've been like. Did you have (or would you have had) the entire level planned out ahead of time, or was it going to be more spontaneous? I like the logo!

The level probably would've been, like, a lava castle or something, and the boss would've been Shadowy Figure. Thanks!

So, over a year ago I started drawing alternate universe Sweet Cuppin' Cakeses, and somehow never got around to finishing them until just now. (And I just realized I forgot Casio Head Strong Bad. Just pretend he's cropped out of the picture.) And here they are!

Edit: And some more variation doodles from years long since past. Attachments:

Whoa, these are awesome! You have some really impressive digital art skills.
Old-Timey: I can't tell whether I prefer the severe yikes of Old-Timey Wheelchair or the subtler heebie-jeebies of Murder-You-in-a-Back-Alley Ready for Primetime. Sherlock looks like such a friendly chap, though. 20X6: Who doesn't want to watch Sweet Cuppin' Cakes: The Anime? You even made Ready for Primetime one of those spiky-hairded rapscalliwags that always seem to show up. Xeriouxly Forxe: Those pointy elbows aren't messing around. There's something pleasingly 3D about Eh! Steve!'s design. And that's the most terrifying The Worm has ever been and will ever be. Also, LENS FLARE! Yonder Website: Far out. I wonder if a darker blue or indigo-ish palette could work for the background. Can Yonder Website have alternate universes?
I'm loving the backgrounds in general, with the different interpretations of the checkerboard and transdimensional space spires. The Old-Timey and Xeriouxly Forxe ones are particularly evocative.

Thanks and thanks and thanks again! (I tried using different colors for Yonder Crazy Cartoon, but it didn't seem to evoke quite the same Yonder Website feel.)
